Growth Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Engineer to build and operate the growth engine that powers customer acquisition, activation, and revenue for Soniox’s real‑time speech AI platform. You will work in a fast‑moving, highly technical team where every member writes code and ships product.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop growth infrastructure, including web systems, onboarding flows, automation pipelines, and referral engines.
• Automate acquisition across paid, organic, and community channels using code, data, and generative AI.
• Integrate and optimize third‑party tools such as Mailchimp, ad networks, and analytics platforms throughout the GTM funnel.
• Design, run, and analyze experiments to validate ideas and scale successful tactics quickly.
• Collaborate with product and machine‑learning teams to align growth initiatives with core capabilities.
• Own the stack behind public‑facing website, landing pages, analytics systems, and growth‑related APIs.

Required profile

• Full‑stack engineer comfortable with both backend (Python, Django, APIs) and frontend (React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, decision logic, and analytics instrumentation.
• Interest or experience with generative AI, LLM APIs, and prompt engineering.
• Passion for building scalable, systematic solutions rather than manual growth operations.
• Motivated by measurable impact, rapid iteration, and shipping production‑ready code.
