Field-Based Client Relationship Representative

About the role

Join Viva.com as a Field‑Based Client Relationship Representative and help hospitality and retail merchants adopt cutting‑edge fintech and SaaS payment solutions across Slovenia. You will work directly with merchants on‑site, ensuring smooth activation and ongoing support of our omnichannel payment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Visit client premises to promote Viva.com services and demonstrate product benefits.
• Assist merchants with verification, registration and activation of payment solutions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide in‑person consultation to existing customers.
• Escalate complex issues by opening support cases when needed.
• Attend industry events and travel to meet clients as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years business development experience in a fast‑paced environment, preferably in financial services, retail or hospitality (Horeca).
• Strong understanding of financial product features and advantages.
• Excellent negotiation, organizational and diary‑management skills.
• Resilient attitude with the ability to handle objections and a diverse client base.
• Fluent in Slovenian and business‑level English.

Required skills

• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Computer literacy and a tech‑oriented mindset.
