Elevator Service Technician (m/f)

About the role

KONE, a leading global manufacturer of elevators, moving stairs and automatic doors, is expanding its team in Slovenia and is looking for an elevator service technician. You will ensure reliable operation of elevators and provide a high-quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular servicing, inspections and repairs of elevators
• Diagnose and fix faults quickly and efficiently (interventions)
• Keep customers satisfied with a professional and proactive approach
• Maintain your own spare parts inventory
• Keep tools, equipment and the service vehicle in good condition
• Report on completed work accurately and spot new business opportunities
• Ensure safe work and comply with all safety standards

Required profile

• Technical education at level IV, V or VI (electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, etc.)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar field
• Valid category B driving licence
• Active knowledge of Slovenian
• Responsibility, independence, accuracy, good communication skills and customer orientation
