Electronics Design Engineer

About the role

The Electronics Design Engineer will lead the electrical design of next‑generation products, ensuring timely launches that meet product and marketing requirements. This role collaborates closely with mechanical engineers, product managers, designers, manufacturing teams and external suppliers to deliver robust hardware solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own electrical design items, including DC circuits, PCBA layouts, and bus designs (USB, RS485).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage project schedules, risks, and change control.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of electrical issues throughout the development cycle.
• Support DVT, OOBE, and regulatory activities, and contribute to cost‑reduction programs.
• Create, review and approve EE CAD files, BOMs and DFM inputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in electronic hardware design.
• Experience with simulation tools (e.g., Cadence Pspice) and familiarity with firmware design is a plus.

Required skills

• DC circuit design and PCBA layout.
• USB (full‑ and low‑speed) and RS485 serial bus design.
• 32‑bit ARM Cortex MCU and 8‑bit MCU (8051 core) design.
• Advanced EE CAD tools such as Cadence OrCAD and Altium Designer.
• Simulation software (Cadence Pspice) and basic firmware knowledge.
• Solidworks CSWA/CSWP certification and PDM/PLM familiarity.
