MeetMinded is a fast‑growing startup that connects people through local meetups worldwide. We are expanding our marketing team and need a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist who can hit the ground running and contribute across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute marketing initiatives on various digital channels.
• Create, test, and optimise content for social media platforms.
• Track performance metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Run experiments, identify opportunities, and propose new ideas.
• Assist with the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to keep projects moving forward.
• Step in wherever needed and solve problems independently.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑starter, organised, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Bonus: experience in social media, video editing or content creation.
