Corporate Income Tax Service Line Manager

About the role

Deloitte seeks an experienced Corporate Income Tax leader to help top‑tier brands navigate complex tax challenges, shape long‑term strategies, and turn tax insights into real business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on the full CIT lifecycle – planning, transactions, compliance, and controversy – delivering practical, business‑focused solutions.
• Lead engagements end‑to‑end, managing quality, timelines, and budgets while proactively delivering value‑adding tax ideas.
• Identify and convert opportunities for additional tax services and grow key client relationships.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering high‑performing teams.
• Contribute to innovative tax solutions, leveraging AI and advanced technology in service delivery.

Required profile

• University graduate, preferably in Law or Economics.
• Certified Tax Advisor with 5‑7+ years of experience.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to drive projects and grow teams.
• Strong communicator in English and Slovenian.
