Community Manager

About the role

MeetMinded is a fast‑growing startup that turns strangers into friends through local meetups worldwide. We are looking for a Community Manager who loves people, enjoys real conversations and will be the friendly, recognisable voice of the brand across our online communities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Reddit and other platforms, joining conversations with helpful, human replies.
• Host live webinars in English for members.
• Build and maintain relationships with brand ambassadors.
• Interview members to surface stories, feedback and insights.
• Identify recurring themes in member feedback and share them with the product team.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Confidence presenting live webinars and speaking to groups.
• Self‑starter mindset; comfortable working without detailed instructions.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and wear multiple hats.
• Willingness to work onsite in Ljubljana.
