Clinical Account Specialist (Biosense Webster) - Electrophysiology

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Cardiovascular is looking for a Clinical Account Specialist in Slovenia, working in the Biosense Webster electrophysiology (EP) lab. The role supports current and potential customers, promotes eligible products and solutions, builds professional education for end-users and drives business growth in Slovenia. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Clinical support: understand the clinical EP environment and competitor products, support and troubleshoot in the real laboratory setting, coordinate clinical procedures and tailor product conversations to customer needs.
• Sales: reach business and sales goals, collect and share market information (public procurements, competitors, partners), prepare pricing offers and public procurement responses, and give regular presentations and training to partners on new products and techniques.
• Launch and rollout of new products and services, and take part in industry symposia and medical meetings.
• Negotiate with non-clinical stakeholders and manage expenses, monthly reports, forecasts and quality complaints in line with company processes.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably technical, biomedical or medical.
• Excellent spoken and written English and native-level Slovenian.
• Ability to travel mainly locally and occasionally to neighbouring countries, and a driving licence.
• Strong communication, analytical and teamwork skills, with high energy and responsibility.

Required skills

• Account management, solutions selling and sales support.

• Preferred: OKRs, vendor selection and sustainable procurement.

What we offer

• Base pay of EUR 30,000 to 46,690, plus an annual bonus and/or sales commissions.
