Business Information Sales Executive – Mid-Market

About the role

Coface, a global trade credit insurance and business information provider, is looking for a BI Sales Executive in Ljubljana to sell its Business Information services to mid-market clients. The role involves finding new clients, building a sales pipeline and closing deals, with permanent employment and a 6-month probation period.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for Coface Business Information services
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
• Present solutions and hold meetings with prospective clients
• Understand client needs and recommend business information, monitoring and risk management solutions
• Prepare tailored offers, negotiate contracts and close deals
• Follow up with new customers and support onboarding
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using existing IT tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximise business opportunities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a higher vocational degree with at least 4 years
• Native-level Slovenian and permanent residency in Slovenia
• Valid Category B driver's licence
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proactive, results-oriented approach and ability to build long-term relationships

Required skills

• Professional English and Croatian/Serbian
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
