Business Development Representative - Enterprise Solutions

About the role

The company is expanding its commercial presence for specialised enterprise solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, AI implementations and integrations. It is looking for a Business Development Representative who enjoys opening new opportunities and making first connections. This is a high-autonomy role focused on finding and booking the right opportunities, after which the sales team and consultants take over.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients and make first contact
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities
• Book introductory meetings with senior decision-makers (HR, IT, management)
• Hand qualified opportunities over to the sales team and consultants, ensuring a smooth transition
• Follow up on and reactivate contacts that are not yet ready
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Required profile

• B2B sales or business development experience (preference: IT, software or consulting)
• Confidence making contact with C-level and senior decision-makers
• A proactive, persistent approach to cold outreach
• Excellent communication skills and good command of English
• Nice to have: experience selling enterprise IT solutions or software, familiarity with HR processes or HR information systems, an existing network within European organisations, German or another European language
