Business Development Executive

About the role

We’re hiring a Business Development Executive to grow our B2B client base in Slovenia. You will connect Slovenian employers with recruitment solutions backed by an international network and experience dating back to 1977.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential client companies in Slovenia.
• Engage with HR leaders and management to discuss workforce needs.
• Analyse and understand client recruitment requirements.
• Prepare and present proposals to secure long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of winning new clients.
• Fluency in both Slovenian and English languages.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn for prospecting and Microsoft Office for documentation.
• Background in recruitment, staffing, HR or professional services is a plus.
