Business Development Executive

About the role

DISRUPT is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and support marketing initiatives. This hybrid position blends sales, account management, and strategic marketing to help Korean brands expand globally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute client acquisition strategies, prospecting and nurturing leads into long‑term partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and providing strategic marketing recommendations.
• Create, document, and present tailored marketing proposals that showcase DISRUPT’s services.
• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries, respond promptly, and schedule follow‑up meetings.
• Lead onboarding for new clients to ensure a seamless transition.
• Collaborate with the Content/Marketing team to generate innovative ideas and develop sales collateral, website content, and other acquisition channels.
• Identify and nurture partnerships to boost lead generation and expand the network.
• Set acquisition goals, monitor progress, analyze data, and optimize strategies to meet targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience with a strong interest in marketing.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to understand client business goals and translate them into strategic recommendations.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities.
