Business Compliance Specialist – Surgery CEE (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

As a Business Compliance Specialist you will ensure that all business activities related to surgery in South CEE are performed in line with Health Care Compliance (HCC) requirements. You will act as a trusted partner for healthcare professional (HCP) engagements, contracting, payments and compliance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance and review of business activities to guarantee HCC compliance.
• Lead and coordinate healthcare compliance execution for South CEE surgery.
• Manage educational course requests and educational grants in collaboration with Professional Education, Finance, Legal and Healthcare Compliance teams.
• Organise logistics for educational events and grants, including delegate and speaker coordination.
• Oversee contracting, post‑event reconciliation, documentation review and payment processes for local and foreign activities.
• Handle eMP/Ariba requests, cross‑country charge processing and invoice management.
• Maintain day‑to‑day collaboration with Professional Education and Healthcare Compliance departments.
• Provide administrative support across all compliance‑related activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent oral and written English.
• Advanced computer literacy.
• Strong analytical mindset, results‑driven and high ethical standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
• Proactive, flexible and able to handle urgent or last‑minute cases.
• Proven track record of supporting multinational environments.
