Associate Expert Drug Supply (m/f/d)

About the role

We are establishing a new clinical manufacturing facility in Mengeš, Slovenia, and are looking for an Associate Expert Drug Supply to join the Manufacturing Operations team. The role involves executing the production process of biological active substances in a GxP‑compliant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the production process of biological active substances, including solution preparation and in‑process analytics.
• Operate bioreactors and chromatography equipment for active substance isolation.
• Plan, perform, and document GxP activities and maintain required logs, forms and production reports.
• Identify, report and resolve deviations, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Write simple procedures, protocols and trend reports.

Required profile

• High‑school education with fluent Slovenian and functional English.
• Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
• Experience in a comparable manufacturing role and knowledge of natural sciences is desirable.
