Artwork Change Coordinator (m/f/d)

About the role

Novartis is looking for an Artwork Change Coordinator (m/f/d) based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. You will support manufacturing sites in managing and executing artwork projects, ensuring packaging compliance and quality. The role suits someone who can coordinate across functions and markets, manage priorities and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the artwork process from request to approved specification.
• Coordinate artwork change projects (textual, technical, phase-out) according to internal standards, timelines and market requirements.
• Set priorities to ensure timely delivery of artwork to manufacturing sites.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, legislation and internal guidelines, including change management.
• Communicate and align with global suppliers and manufacturing site stakeholders.
• Identify risks, deviations and bottlenecks and coordinate solutions; report deviations and run corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous process improvements for operational excellence.

Required profile

• University degree in natural sciences, technical, economic or another relevant social science field.
• Active knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Preferred: experience with printed packaging in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing company.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, accuracy, independence and proactivity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Desirable: basic interest and experience in IT and computer programming, and affinity for digital tools and change-management systems.

• Expected annual base salary in Slovenia of 20,650 - 38,350 EUR.
