AI Solutions Engineer - Sales & Customer Services

About the role

Help shape how AI transforms Sales and Customer Service at Danfoss Climate Solutions. As an Applied AI Engineer you will work directly with business teams to identify high‑value opportunities where AI, automation and digital technologies can simplify work, improve decision‑making and create measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with Sales, Customer Service, and business stakeholders to identify high‑impact AI and automation opportunities.
• Translate business challenges into practical AI‑enabled solutions, prototypes, and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Configure, test, and implement AI solutions using modern technologies such as LLMs, AI agents, workflow automation, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, product owners, and business experts to bring successful ideas into production.
• Measure adoption, business value, and user feedback to continuously improve delivered solutions.

Required profile

• Passion for solving real business problems with technology.
• Minimum three years of experience in AI, automation, solution engineering, digital transformation, technical consulting or a similar hands‑on role.
• Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Curiosity about modern AI technologies and willingness to experiment with new approaches.
• Understanding of commercial processes such as Sales Operations, Customer Service, CRM, pricing, quotations, or product information management.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
• Experience with Python, APIs, SQL, low‑code platforms, LLMs, AI agents or workflow automation is highly valued.
