User Acquisition Manager

About the role

MeetMinded, a fast‑growing startup based in Ljubljana, is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to drive growth across its global meet‑up platform. You will plan, execute and optimise acquisition campaigns, turning strangers into friends worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and analyse user acquisition campaigns across performance channels.
• Optimise campaign performance to maximise return on investment (ROI).
• Run A/B and multivariate tests and present results to the team.
• Track and report on key metrics regularly.
• Build and nurture relationships with advertising partners.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to develop and ship new growth ideas.
• Keep management informed on plans, status and challenges.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a performance‑based acquisition role.
• Solid understanding of the digital user acquisition ecosystem (paid social, search, mobile app).
• Hands‑on experience with Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads, as well as other ad networks.
• Familiarity with KPIs such as CAC, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversion rate and LTV.
• Comfortable optimising a funnel from landing page to sign‑up and booking.
• Self‑starter mindset – organised, proactive and result‑oriented.
• Fluent English.
