Territory Sales Manager – Slovenia

About the role

X‑LAB, the performance bicycle brand of XDS, is launching a global consumer line and needs a Territory Sales Manager to build its presence in Slovenia. You will be the on‑ground representative, visiting independent bike shops, opening new dealer accounts and driving sales of road, gravel, e‑bike and upcoming mountain models.

Key responsibilities

• Visit independent bicycle dealers regularly to increase X‑LAB’s market visibility.
• Prospect, approach and open new dealer accounts through cold visits, referrals and industry contacts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation to account setup and first order.
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing dealers to encourage repeat orders and growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relationship‑based sales experience, preferably with small‑ and midsize businesses.
• Willingness to travel up to four days per week for in‑person dealer visits.
• Strong territory planning, organization, CRM usage and follow‑up skills.
• Interest in cycling or performance products; bicycle‑industry experience is a plus.
• Fluent communication in English and the local language.
