About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Territory Manager for its Ethicon portfolio in Slovenia. The role supports the Clinical Sales – Surgeons team, driving adoption of surgical technologies and solutions across hospitals and operating rooms.
Key responsibilities
- Assist surgeons and OR professionals with product selection, demonstrations, and clinical presentations at conferences and symposiums.
- Develop and execute implementation plans for the Clinical Sales – Surgeons area, coordinating pipeline reviews and next‑action steps with leadership.
- Maintain accurate customer account information, monitor sales pipeline, and produce regular reporting.
- Support sales training initiatives for CRM and other commercial enablement tools.
Required profile
- Senior individual contributor with proven sales achievement and strategic planning experience.
- Demonstrates high professionalism, independent judgment, and the ability to guide team members.
Required skills
- Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM)
