Site MS&T Head – Aseptic Manufacturing

About the role

Lead the Manufacturing Science & Technology organization at Novartis' new Aseptic Manufacturing site in Ljubljana, driving technical excellence, technology transfers and product lifecycle stewardship.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Site MS&T team and oversee technical oversight of products and processes.
• Drive technology transfers, process introductions, scale‑up activities and own the site validation strategy.
• Partner with site, platform and global leaders to ensure inspection readiness and champion manufacturing excellence.

Required profile

• MSc degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in MS&T, Quality, Manufacturing or Process Development with demonstrated technical leadership.
• Strong leadership experience, including people management and talent development.

Required skills

• Functional knowledge of English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
