Senior Full Stack AI‑first SaaS Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer who can work across both frontend and backend, taking ownership of features from concept to production. The position is in an AI‑first environment where AI is used both in the product and as a development aid.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deliver full‑stack features end‑to‑end using React, TypeScript and Node.js.
• Develop intuitive, performant, and scalable frontend experiences for a complex B2B SaaS product.
• Implement backend services, APIs, business logic and third‑party integrations.
• Design and integrate AI‑powered product features.
• Participate in system design and architectural decisions.
• Use AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) in daily workflow.
• Review, debug, test and improve AI‑generated code while maintaining ownership.
• Manage CI/CD and DevOps aspects of the features you build.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to define requirements and technical solutions.
• Take part in Agile ceremonies and communicate technical decisions clearly in English.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with Node.js, React and solid knowledge of TypeScript.
• Proven ability to build and integrate REST APIs.
• Full‑stack capabilities with comfort working across frontend and backend.
• Experience delivering AI‑powered features in production.
• Practical use of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
• Good understanding of software engineering fundamentals, testing, debugging and code quality.
• Experience with cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of scalable and distributed systems.
• English level C1 or higher with strong verbal and written communication.
• Background in a product or SaaS environment.
