Security Guard

About the role

BBR SECURITY is looking for reliable security guards to work in Ljubljana and Maribor. The role involves monitoring premises, conducting patrols and controlling access to ensure safety and prevent incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor premises and CCTV systems.
• Conduct regular patrols and control access to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Respond to alarms, suspicious activities and security incidents.
• Report incidents and maintain accurate security logs.
• Assist visitors and employees, enforce safety policies and cooperate with authorities when needed.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of physical and private security, including patrols, access control and incident response.
• Experience with personnel security such as identity verification and handling confidential information.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to stay calm, observant and decisive under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement or related field; relevant licences or certifications are a plus.
