Sales Representative – Surgical Innovations & Endoscopy (Slovenia & Croatia)

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Sales Representative for Surgical Innovations and Endoscopy to drive sales across Slovenia and Croatia. You will work closely with physicians, hospitals and the regional team to expand adoption of Medtronic’s device therapies and diagnostics.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical support to physicians and maintain a robust network of accounts.
• Develop referral networks, educate physicians on clinical evidence and Medtronic products, and lead regional training activities.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and report account, market and activity information.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager on planned activities and attend required meetings.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Slovenian (written and spoken).
• Valid clean driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and experience in medical devices, sales or surgical operating rooms.
• Strong account‑management, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• High computer literacy.
• Ability to work effectively with sales teams, physicians, nurses and hospital technicians.
