Sales Representative – Service Contracts for Elevators & Escalators

About the role

Otis is looking for a motivated and responsible Sales Representative to join the service sales team in Slovenia. You will be responsible for managing existing service contracts for elevators and escalators and acquiring new maintenance agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the status of existing service contracts and pursue new maintenance agreements.
• Prepare calculations, configurations and offers for repairs and service based on received inquiries within agreed deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of offers, track their status and actively participate in tenders.
• Plan sales strategy together with the sales department and sales manager.
• Provide technical advice to customers on the most suitable solutions and equipment features.
• Manage contracts and documentation from initiation to completion and ensure coordination with the operations department for timely hand‑over of new equipment.

Required profile

• Higher education in electrical, mechanical or economic field (SSS/VŠS/VSS).
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales or service role.
• Proficient use of MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation and sales skills.
• Fluent English (minimum B2) in speaking and writing.
• Motivation, pro‑activity, accuracy and ability to achieve set targets.
• Organisational ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and strong analytical skills.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
