Restaurant Manager – Front of House Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join JAZ by Ana Roš in Ljubljana. You will lead the front‑of‑house team, set service standards and help shape new restaurant openings across Slovenia and abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the front‑of‑house team.
• Establish and maintain exceptional service standards for new projects.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar and leadership teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Recruit, train, mentor and support hospitality staff.
• Assist in pre‑opening activities, building restaurant culture and operational foundations.
• Maintain high levels of organisation, hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a quality restaurant environment.
• Passion for hospitality, food and wine.
• Ability to inspire, coach and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong organisational, operational and financial awareness.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
