Quality Improvement & Problem Solving Engineer

About the role

As a Quality Improvement & Problem Solving Engineer you will drive the transformation of problem‑solving and quality practices across our manufacturing operations. You will foster a fact‑based culture where teams focus on root‑cause resolution and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional initiatives that eliminate recurring issues and raise quality performance.
• Facilitate structured problem‑solving using 8D, DMAIC, Lean, Six Sigma and other proven methodologies.
• Analyze data and processes to uncover improvement opportunities and support better business decisions.
• Coach and engage colleagues in continuous‑improvement practices, building organizational capability.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations to enhance customer satisfaction, process stability and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Experience in Quality Engineering, Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a passion for coaching and driving change.
