Python Data Engineer – Enterprise Service Management

About the role

We are looking for a Python Data Engineer to design, automate, and manage robust data ingestion workflows within an Enterprise Service Management team, ensuring seamless integration with downstream systems such as ServiceNow.

Key responsibilities

• Engineer, automate, and manage robust workflows that ingest data.
• Ensure data pipelines integrate seamlessly with downstream systems.
• Build and maintain reliable integrations with ServiceNow.
• Leverage Snowflake and OpenTelemetry to optimize data flow and observability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bottlenecks or failures within automated data pipelines.
• Implement data validation checks and maintain data integrity across all workflows.

Required profile

• 4+ years of backend development experience using Python.
• Experience building data ingestion workflows and pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience with Snowflake and OpenTelemetry.
• Proven ability to build integrations with ServiceNow.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
• Upper‑Intermediate English level.
