Project Manager - HVAC and Data Center Cooling

About the role

Danfoss is looking for a Project Manager to lead new digital products for HVAC systems and data centers from idea to implementation. The role connects people across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales and other functions, keeping milestones, budgets and deliverables on track so that new products are launched on time, within budget and aligned with customer and business expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new product development and implementation projects for HVAC and data center cooling applications, moving teams from planning to delivery.
• Plan and coordinate project activities across the full lifecycle, bringing together cross-functional teams including R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, external suppliers and developing partners.
• Manage risks, changes and critical issues by creating transparency, escalating when needed and driving practical mitigation actions.
• Keep stakeholders and customers aligned through clear communication, project updates, meetings and follow-up on agreed actions.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including several years in project or product management, preferably in new product development; alternatively, experience leading a team in a people management role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in data center cooling technologies, HVAC systems, mechatronics products connected via filedbus, building automation, EMS manufacturing, electronics or industrial products is a strong advantage.
