Product Manager – IBM Hardware

About the role

The Product Manager for IBM Hardware will drive sales of IBM hardware solutions, translating vendor growth plans into market share gains. You will work closely with sales teams and vendors to expand the portfolio and secure large deals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Business Unit strategy to grow profitable market share under clear managerial direction.
• Negotiate key tenders and large deals, leveraging industry best practices.
• Identify and onboard new vendors, managing the overall vendor portfolio.
• Create unique selling propositions that protect margin integrity and foster long‑term customer relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with the IBM Hardware portfolio.
• Fluent in Slovenian and English with strong written and oral communication skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of IBM hardware products and services.
• Understanding of product marketing and vendor management.
