Operator (f/m/d) – Production Line

About the role

Filc, a brand of Freudenberg Performance Materials, produces needle punch nonwoven textiles and laminated materials for automotive, construction, filtration and special applications. It is looking for an Operator (f/m/d) in Škofja Loka to run, set up and monitor modern production equipment and keep the line running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, set up and monitor modern production equipment, ensuring safe and efficient production.
• Prepare and supply raw materials so production does not stop.
• Perform quality checks and inspections according to established standards.
• Weigh, package and prepare finished products for warehousing and shipment.
• Record and maintain production data accurately in the Navision system.
• Support troubleshooting and help keep production running smoothly.
• Transport materials and finished goods internally with a forklift.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised workplace in line with EHS requirements.
• Take part in continuous improvement and help reach production targets.

Required profile

• At least vocational-level education in electrical, mechanical or another technical field.
• Reliable, responsible and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Strong team spirit and willingness to cooperate with colleagues.
• Quality-focused mindset and commitment to safe working practices.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Driving licence.
