Mid/Sr Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

MeetMinded is a fast‑growing startup that connects strangers into friends through local meetups. As a core full‑stack engineer you will own end‑to‑end product chunks, ship features, shape the codebase and make day‑to‑day technical decisions while working closely with the founders and a small engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade core systems serving 100k+ users.
• Build new features for web and mobile applications.
• Manage clean deployment pipelines and staging environments.
• Develop internal dashboards, reservation and capacity tools, and AI‑driven automation for support and growth.
• Create landing pages, checkout flows and analytics for acquisition, funnel and retention.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• 3+ years of relevant experience building web and mobile applications.
• Proven experience shipping a high‑traffic web app.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity, adapting to change and wearing multiple hats.
• Strong drive, energy and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work hybrid from the Ljubljana office.
