Mechatronic Engineer

About the role

As a Mechatronic Engineer you will create innovative cooling and HVAC products that enhance energy efficiency, performance and reliability for customers worldwide. You will turn ideas and requirements into commercially successful solutions, guiding them from concept through validation and industrialisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new mechatronic products and subsystems for cooling and HVAC applications.
• Refine product requirements and specifications in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.
• Create product concepts, detailed designs and engineering solutions using 3D CAD tools, primarily PTC Creo.
• Plan, build and evaluate prototypes, samples and functional models.
• Drive product verification, laboratory testing, performance evaluation and final product documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development or engineering design.
• Strong experience with 3D CAD design, preferably PTC Creo.
• Experience in prototype development, laboratory testing and engineering validation.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities, with a proven track record of working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in Slovenian and English.
