Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of upcoming film releases. You will work closely with top film studios and cinemas to design campaigns that attract audiences and drive box‑office success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead campaign strategy and execution, positioning each film as a must‑see experience.
• Plan, purchase and optimise media across online, social, out‑of‑home and other channels.
• Coordinate with studios on creative assets, messaging and timelines.
• Analyse campaign data, generate insights and refine strategies for maximum impact.
• Oversee in‑theatre promotions, from premieres to ongoing activations.
• Manage day‑to‑day coordination tasks to keep campaigns on schedule and within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in marketing or publicity, preferably in entertainment or media.
• Proven ability to design data‑driven marketing strategies and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
• Experience creating content for social platforms such as Google, Meta and TikTok.
