Life Cycle Project Manager (Supply Chain Setup)

About the role

Novartis is looking for a Life Cycle Project Manager in Ljubljana, Slovenia, to lead implementation projects for its third-party customers' products. You will ensure that supply chain processes, systems and master data are set up correctly and on time, supporting launches, production transfers, business changes and portfolio optimisation. The role is hybrid and requires coordination across supply chain, manufacturing, quality and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation activities for product launches, transfers, changes and portfolio optimisation projects
• Act as the main link between Novartis, manufacturing sites and other stakeholders for supply chain setup
• Define and coordinate supply chain, order management and material flow requirements for new business implementations
• Set up and maintain compliant system configurations and master data to support operational readiness
• Coordinate complex setups involving several manufacturing sites, customers, products and system interfaces
• Work with master data teams to ensure accurate material and process data
• Monitor progress, manage risks and escalate critical issues; manage several projects at once
• Continuously improve existing supply chain setups to meet evolving customer needs

Required profile

• University degree in business or a comparable field
• Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, product life cycle management or a similar operational environment
• Good understanding of the supply chain process and its role in launches, changes and transfers
• Strong communication, collaboration and organisational skills, able to work independently

Required skills

• Experience with business systems such as SAP, and areas such as master data, order management or implementation activities
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders across functions

• Expected annual base pay of 32,060 to 59,540 EUR, depending on skills, competencies and experience
