Junior Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Junior Procurement Specialist supports the centralized procurement of telematics and toll hardware and related services across the Eurowag Group. This junior support role provides assistance with purchase orders, supplier communication, data preparation, invoice and stock checks, reporting and administrative tasks while learning procurement processes under the guidance of a Senior Procurement Specialist.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and follow‑up purchase orders for telematics and toll hardware, accessories and related services.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery dates, order confirmations, documentation and open points.
• Collect offers, price lists and delivery information and create comparison overviews for decision‑making.
• Assist with monitoring stock levels, preparing stock overviews, consumption reports and simple forecasts.
• Prepare Excel reports, pivot tables and analyses for procurement, stock and supplier performance.
• Support invoice checks, delivery note checks and matching of procurement documents.
• Handle operational tickets, coordinate with UPS and other warehouses/suppliers, and document standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, filters, formulas and pivot tables.
• Analytical thinking, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn procurement processes, ERP systems and internal workflows.
• Good communication skills and ability to cooperate with different teams and countries.
