About the role

BMW Slovenia is looking for an intern in customer support, based in Ljubljana, starting in November 2026. The internship lasts 12 months, with 160 hours per month, and is a student referral through the recruitment agency Trenkwalder.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and provide customer support business-related reports.
  • Coordinate daily communication and delivery of goods with internal and external suppliers.
  • Support marketing topics, including translating and checking website content and campaign materials.
  • Support aftersales topics such as parts and logistics.
  • Handle invoicing and support the BMW dealer network.

Required profile

  • Ongoing studies.
  • Native in Slovenian and fluent in English.
  • Driving licence category B.
  • Passion for BMW Group brands and products.
  • Accurate, independent and structured working attitude; proactive and flexible hands-on approach.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Granular attention to detail.
