Instructional & Engagement Content Designer

About the role

Danfoss is looking for an instructional and engagement content designer to turn complex IT systems and processes into clear instructional videos and structured learning experiences. Working closely with subject matter experts, you will combine instructional design, video production and AI-powered tools to support major global IT projects. The position is hybrid, with regular presence every week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Create professional instructional videos by recording system walkthroughs and adding visuals, audio, motion graphics, voiceovers and subtitles.
• Interview subject matter experts and write accurate, learner-friendly scripts and storyboards.
• Design structured learning journeys with clear objectives, role-based modules and formats that support project milestones and system launches.
• Use AI-powered video and content tools to speed up production, create language versions and keep materials current.
• Improve learning effectiveness using learner feedback, video analytics and assessment results.

Required profile

• Around five years of relevant experience in instructional video production, digital learning or technical training content, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Experience designing training curricula and learning paths, with a sound understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methods.
• Fluent written and spoken English, able to explain complex technical information clearly.

Required skills

• Professional instructional videos: screen recording, video and audio editing, motion graphics, subtitles and voiceovers.
• Video production software such as DaVinci, Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effects.
• AI video creation tools such as Synthesia, HeyGen or D-ID.
