Industrialization Engineer

About the role

Elaphe develops propulsion and control systems, advanced algorithms and control electronics for vehicle dynamics. It is looking for an Industrialization Engineer to turn innovative engineering solutions into high-quality, efficient and cost-competitive manufacturing processes. The role connects R&D, manufacturing, quality, procurement and suppliers to ensure production readiness across operations and the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Support product industrialization and the transition from development to manufacturing.
• Coordinate activities between R&D, manufacturing, quality, procurement and external suppliers.
• Support prototyping, manufacturing process implementation and preparation for production scale-up.
• Prepare cost analyses of propulsion systems and identify ways to optimize manufacturing costs.
• Evaluate suitable manufacturing technologies and improve process quality, reliability and efficiency.
• Support material flow planning and the selection and implementation of assembly equipment.
• Work with suppliers, including site visits, to ensure production readiness and quality.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Good understanding of the full manufacturing process lifecycle, including tooling, maintenance, infrastructure and logistics.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with low-volume manufacturing, electromechanical products, lean manufacturing and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Familiarity with SolidWorks or CATIA, and with PDM and ERP systems.
