Head of Sales - Outbound

About the role

Revit, part of the Belkins Group, is an outbound sales agency and is looking for a Head of Sales to take ownership of its sales team and the numbers behind it. The main goal for 2027 is to double MRR, double the close rate and actively support marketing in doubling the pipeline. The role is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Improve the performance of three account executives each week through call reviews, feedback, deal sit-ins and closing support
• Own MRR, forecasts and monthly plans, and know the status of the business before anyone asks
• Build a clear sales process with data showing where deals get stuck
• Analyze where deals are lost between the first call and signature and fix them
• Design KPIs and incentives aligned to the desired results
• Work with marketing to shape ICPs and messaging so a bigger pipeline becomes revenue
• Scale the team as it grows, including fractional AEs when appropriate

Required profile

• Sales leadership: 1-2+ years leading a team of 3-4+ people, with evidence of the change you delivered
• Digital marketing services background, agency-side experience (not SaaS, product or software development)
• Experience selling to US clients and understanding how they buy
• Closer rate of 15%+ or a clear story behind your numbers
• Planning, forecasting and explaining MRR
• Experience building or running a structured sales process improved with data
• English C1/C2; bonus points for outbound/lead-generation agency experience and prior 2x growth
