Global Spot Pricing Analyst – Air Freight

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven and analytical Global Spot Pricing Analyst to join our Air Freight team. Reporting to the Global Head of Customer Rate & Pricing based in Belgium, you will be responsible for delivering competitive and timely air freight pricing solutions that support customer growth and business profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to air freight spot quote requests from customers and sales teams.
• Develop competitive pricing solutions aligned with commercial guidelines and market conditions.
• Collaborate with operations and gateway teams to design tailored solutions for strategic and complex opportunities.
• Support sales teams with pricing strategies that drive customer growth and profitability.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and customer‑focused responses to pricing requests.
• Build strong relationships with airline partners and internal stakeholders across regions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of pricing processes and performance.

Required profile

• Experience in Air Freight Pricing, Air Freight Operations, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Procurement, or a similar commercial role.
• Good understanding of air freight products, airline pricing, routing, and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to make sound commercial decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
