Field Services Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Field Services Engineer to join our Industrial Technique Business Area. You will work directly with customers on‑site, delivering reliable service, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Independently execute daily service tasks in the workshop, including programming and start‑up of assembly equipment controllers.
• Perform tool, system, and component repairs, as well as routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Deliver high‑quality service according to customer needs, internal standards, and agreed timelines.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and coordinate with Sales and Project teams.
• Plan, schedule, and report activities in the internal CRM system accurately and on time.
• Prepare job cost calculations, track service orders, and follow up as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary technical education with graduation.
• Fluent in Slovenian and intermediate English.
• Valid certificate to work with electrical devices according to local legislation.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in industrial production, machine maintenance, or equipment repair.

Required skills

• Basic PC skills (MS Word, MS Excel).
• Programming and start‑up of assembly equipment controllers.
• Tool, system, and component repair.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with industrial software (strong advantage).
