Digital Marketing Expert

About the role

The Digital Marketing Expert will drive digital sell‑out growth for Gorenje SDA products by managing the full consumer journey—from demand creation to conversion—across retailer, pure‑player and future D2C channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand‑generation strategies to increase qualified traffic to European retail, pure‑player and D2C platforms.
• Plan, launch and optimise omnichannel digital campaigns that boost awareness, engagement and sell‑out impact.
• Maintain and evolve Product Detail Page (PDP) standards, ensuring best‑in‑class presentation and conversion performance.
• Own digital‑shelf excellence, optimizing product visibility, discoverability and ranking on partner platforms.
• Manage content‑syndication processes to deliver accurate, consistent product information across all channels.
• Design and run KOL, influencer and creator programmes to amplify brand credibility and traffic.
• Implement UGC strategies that increase authenticity, engagement and conversion throughout the buyer journey.
• Monitor, analyse and optimise key digital KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, PDP quality scores and online sell‑out performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce or performance marketing.
• Proven track record managing social‑media campaigns, influencer/KOL programmes and content‑marketing initiatives.
• Experience with digital‑shelf management and online channel execution.
• Experience working across multiple European markets or within an international organisation is a plus.
