Area Manager – Sales (Ljubljana)

About the role

GEWISS is seeking an energetic Area Manager to drive sales of its automation and smart lighting solutions in Ljubljana and surrounding territories. You will act as the primary link between the company and its customers, promoting products, building relationships, and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Implement company policies and agreed‑upon sales strategy.
• Visit assigned clients regularly, establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
• Present promotional material and product information to support customer collaboration.
• Identify new clients and project opportunities, creating strategies to increase sales volume.
• Prepare quotes with technical team support and register opportunities in the CRM system.
• Report market results and follow‑up on leads to management.
• Manage sales projects involving internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably technical.
• Proven experience in sales; experience with electrical equipment is a plus.
• Willingness to work in the assigned area at least 70% of the time.
• Strong persuasion, communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer‑oriented, optimistic attitude with ability to convey technical details.
• Valid driver’s license (category B) and medium‑advanced English.
