Anti Trafficking Caseworker

About the role

The International Rescue Committee is seeking a dedicated Anti‑Trafficking Caseworker to provide comprehensive support to victims and survivors of human trafficking. You will develop individualized case plans, coordinate services, and advocate for client needs while working within a multicultural, humanitarian environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake, assessment, and pre‑employment/job‑readiness orientation for eligible clients.
• Develop and monitor self‑sufficiency plans, adjusting them as needed to meet client goals.
• Provide orientation, support, referral, and advocacy services tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Respond to emergency calls promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Participate in partner meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to identify community resources.
• Contribute to program planning and service development through committees and task forces.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree in Social Work or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of professional experience in social services, humanitarian relief, public service, or a nonprofit setting.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a self‑starter attitude.
