Accounts Payable Administrator

About the role

Private Flight, an international technology company serving the private aviation industry, is looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join its multicultural team in Ljubljana. This full‑time, entry‑level position supports financial controlling activities with a strong focus on data accuracy, validation and process adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Pro‑actively monitor and administer specific areas of the organisation's accounts payable function.
• Collaborate with a small but growing accounts team in Ljubljana and the global finance team, receiving support from the Accountant and Head of Finance in Switzerland.
• Ensure rigorous quality control of financial information and timely processing of invoices.

Required profile

• Process‑oriented approach with the ability to follow structured procedures.
• Strong analytical mindset and high accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors early.
• Reliable, communicative and able to perform well under pressure while meeting deadlines.
