Access Value Partner - Market Access & Health Economics

About the role

Roche is looking for an Access Value Partner (AVP) based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, within its Access and Policy Chapter. The role reports to the Access and Policy Head and sits at the heart of the chapter's work on sustainable access strategies and the transition to value-based healthcare. It is office-based with field engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term, trusted partnerships across the Slovenian healthcare ecosystem to co-create sustainable access solutions.
• Articulate health economic and scientific evidence to show the value of Roche's innovations to decision-makers and policy-makers.
• Drive market access strategies and lead value-based healthcare initiatives with cross-functional teams locally and globally.
• Shape national access and reimbursement pathways by following regulatory frameworks and healthcare financing developments.
• Translate complex health economic data into clear insights and value propositions for external stakeholders.
• Champion collaboration across internal network chapters to maximise impact for patients, society and the healthcare system.

Required profile

• University degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business or a related field.
• Practical experience in market access, health economics or healthcare policy within life sciences or related sectors.
• Strong baseline understanding of healthcare financing, health economic principles and reimbursement pathways in Slovenia.
• Proven ability to engage external healthcare stakeholders and communicate scientific or health economic value clearly.
• Fluent Slovenian and professional English.
