Senior Product Manager - Enterprise Performance Solutions

About the role

Teads is an omnichannel advertising platform connecting global brands with over 2.2 billion unique users per month, processing 18 billion ad opportunities daily. Following the 2025 merger of Teads and Outbrain, its Performance portfolio combines premium supply (InRead, Feed, CTV) with AI optimization to help enterprise advertisers drive measurable outcomes. As Senior Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle from strategy to execution, collaborating with stakeholders to define objectives and deliver scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the roadmap: collect needs from internal and external stakeholders such as sales teams and clients, explore business and market opportunities through competitive intelligence and market analysis, and communicate priorities and the vision to engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Manage product development and rollout: define objectives and success metrics, monitor them, and structure the go-to-market strategy (product marketing, internal training, etc.).
• Maintain an up-to-date plan communicating effort and progress.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the digital advertising sector is a must.
• Proven experience of 5+ years as a Product Manager in a tech or web company.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or engineering.
• Fluent in English and able to work with cross-functional teams.
