Senior Manager, Revenue Planning and Performance Analytics

About the role

As a Senior Manager in Revenue Planning and Performance Analytics, you will act as the primary performance auditor of commercial outcomes for Sportradar. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Performance & Planning, you will move beyond simple reporting to uncover the drivers behind revenue trends and shape strategic decisions that maximize value.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep‑dives into revenue beats or misses to differentiate one‑off windfalls from core structural trends.
• Lead commercial partners through forecasting and budgeting cycles, ensuring submissions are robust and logically sound.
• Develop business models for complex topics such as pricing elasticity and market entry costs.
• Build automated revenue reporting solutions using advanced analytical tools on top of data‑warehouse and billing datasets.
• Pressure‑test revenue forecasts by interrogating inputs and validating achievability.
• Identify and dismantle broken assumptions in commercial plans, rebuilding them into actionable frameworks.
• Translate technical and commercial data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
