Senior Consultant – Global Employer Services

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Global Employer Services (GES) team. You will provide advanced tax advisory support to multinational clients, helping them navigate complex employer‑related tax issues.

Key responsibilities

• Process data related to project execution as assigned by your supervisor.
• Conduct advanced tax research, issue expert opinions, and deliver advisory services.
• Collect and verify client data, resolve basic administrative issues, and maintain communication with client representatives.
• Support the training of junior colleagues and lead junior teams under the direction of the team leader.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Higher professional degree in economics or law.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax advisory roles.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) with advanced professional communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic environment and strong knowledge of tax advisory areas.
