Search Engine Optimization Team Lead

About the role

Influee is looking for a Search Engine Optimization Team Lead to own and scale programmatic SEO across multiple languages, markets, and industry verticals. The role is designed to be Claude‑first, meaning AI tools are the default workflow for research, page generation, and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage programmatic SEO strategies across countries, languages, and niche sectors, creating systematic page architectures rather than one‑off content.
• Produce hundreds of landing pages annually (competitor, alternative, use‑case, category) while maintaining a high quality bar.
• Run link acquisition at scale, including link exchanges and paid placements, and maintain an ongoing pipeline.
• Utilize Claude AI together with MCP tools (Ahrefs, internal analytics, CMS) to automate research, generation, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with design (or Claude‑based design) to create assets, owning briefs and quality assurance without waiting in a design queue.

Required profile

• Proven programmatic SEO experience across multiple verticals with measurable traffic and lead outcomes.
• Direct experience acquiring 200+ backlinks through exchanges and comparable volumes of paid placements.
• Ability to specify, order, and QA landing page production to a high design standard.
• Comfortable operating Claude‑first, running Claude Code alongside Ahrefs and internal analytics tools.
• Bonus: background in influencer marketing or creator‑economy SEO.
